5-DAY SEDONA RETREAT: Each Mindful Meditation & Yoga retreat varies depending on the energies of the collective group. A common denominator in the Retreats is that we focus on what it is you want to FEEL as you create the next chapter of your life. We all have a story. While we may reflect slightly on "the story", it will be minimal. I like to say, "Same wine, different bottle!" This is less about "what was" (although we celebrate all of who you are and what got you to where you are today), and more about learning & hearing where you want to go....what you want to feel....what kind of emotions you want to manifest in areas of your Life that are important to you right now!

There's a reason participants choose to come to multiple Retreats. Each one builds on your previous experience and elevates you to the next level of your heart's desires! Our first evening, we will gather for a light Meet n' Greet dinner followed by a Gong & Sound Healing session where you are bathed in waves of sound to relax, release and rejuvenate. Events throughout the weekend will vary depending on the Retreat theme and the energy of the group. All weekend retreats include daily Yoga and opportunities for Hiking. When you experience this in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, the vortex energy of Sedona amplifies your experience and the shifts and changes you are looking for! Hikes will be between 2-5 miles and are ranked easy to moderate. If you are not able to hike or have personal limitations, let us know and we can discuss alternative options. Other activities may include any variety of healing sessions, intuitive readings, breath work, and gentle Mindful Movement. Open discussion is powerful in groups and everyone is encouraged to fully "show up", feeling fully seen & heard! What YOU have to share is what WE need to hear! Valerie and Deanna create a very safe and open hearted environment with no judgement -- to help you feel fully supported, comfortable and heard.
These retreats are very powerful! Come prepared for major changes to occur in your life. You will not leave as the same person that arrived. You will also not be someone new. This is an experience to help you come home to your true, authentic nature. To embody your true self and feel more playful, live in more joy, have greater clarity and feel deeper love (especially for yourself)! Feel inspired and satisfied!!
Retreats will be kept small to accommodate each person's goals and growth process.
Participants should plan to LAND at PHX International Airport no later than 2pm the first day of the event. The Meditation Retreat starts at 6pm on Day 1 and concludes by 11:00am the final day. Consider extending your Sedona experience by coming a day or two earlier (or later) to allow more time for personal exploration, shopping & allow yourself the gift of time to take in other area services (massage, readings, biking, other hiking, tours, etc). Extending your stay is HIGHLY recommended, based on past attendee experiences.

Plan for a 2 to 3 hour commute back to PHX International Airport. Shuttle service is available through Groome Transportation. Rental cars can be comparable value and better yet when coordinated with other participants. If planning to participate in this event, it would be best to find Hotel, VRBO, or AirBnB as soon as possible as places fill up fast in Sedona. Our Retreat Headquarters is in WEST SEDONA, so staying nearby is helpful (Village of Oak Creek and Uptown Sedona are farther out).
